The future of work and workplace culture needs a reboot. DEI work from my perspective is not just about quotas and numbers but more about philosophy and purpose. No matter your industry or category, the success of your business relies solely on how you make your employees feel, the growth and safety they are offered and most importantly the “why” that leadership communicates internally and externally. Diversity, equity and inclusion is an important — if not the most important— part of the purpose conversation of a company.

My goal is to challenge your approach and thinking and to help your leadership and teams shift away from a ‘white- centered’ approach— to one that is inclusive of many different voices and perspectives.
